Good Day

I don't like complaining about anything in life but when you have to wait for your cellphone to get repaired and after 4 months you call them and ask if you can go and collect it and they tell you they did not even start with it yet !!!!! Then it's getting ridiculous.

When I called the HR department and complained about it they only said they will get back to me and try to get the parts from another store. The customer service is absolutely **** I wont ever recommend anyone to take anything there.
