We-Break-It

Took my apple watch in to weFix Mall of Africa for a cracked screen. The watch was tested at the shop to ensure everything was working and it was only the screen that was the problem.

I then get a call 2 months later (with very poor communication during the interim period) to say the watch is damaged beyond repair and this happened when the watch was dropped. I rep**** indicating that the watch was working when i brought it in and this is not acceptable.

I was told the manager would contact me, which never happened. I contacted WeFix who rep**** via email saying they’ve looked into the matter and the watch is beyond economical repair and they consider the matter finalised.

This is pathetic service! They operate more like a mechanic under a tree than a reliable repair centre.
