WARNING: WeFix is not to be trusted in ANY capacity!

I took my phone (Samsung S6) to WeFix Mall Of Africa in April. When booking it in, I was given a business card with the company contact details and I was told by the guy that worked there not to bombard them, as it would take a while to assess the damage and fix it. In July, after 3 MONTHS I received an email saying my device was awaiting collection. I then emailed WeFix Mall Of Africa and asked them to confirm whether my device was in fact ready and at the mall and I also enquired about how long they would be able to keep it there for me. NO RESPONSE. After some time passed, I emailed them AGAIN, once again NO RESPONSE. I then opted to go to the site and contact the company directly instead of the Mall Of Africa branch, still NO RESPONSE! How does this company operate without responding to any emails?! Eventually I made my way Mall Of Africa and enquired about my phone. The lady working there then tells me my phone isn't at the store and it was probably sent back to HQ in Cape Town. I asked her how and when I'll get it back and she tells me "it's unlikely" her reason being: I did not come and fetch the phone within 3 months of it being ready. Had they bothered to respond to my emails they would've known I had every intention to come retrieve my phone! When I asked her why no one rep**** to my emails, she tells me they did not recieve them. She then asks me to prove that I sent them by logging onto my email, which I then did. After proving that I did in fact try to contact them, instead of taking responsibility for their faulty email and lack of feedback, she tells me I should've contacted the manager. WHY are they giving out business cards with a faulty email?! Even as recently as the day I was there (a few days ago) they are STILL giving out business cards with that same unresponsive email! I am absolutely livid! It's been months! I have no idea where my phone is and if I'll get it back at this point. Corresponding with this company via is an absolute waste of time!!!! I'm looking at all my options now, even considering legal action...

UPDATE: WeFix repossessed my phone and sold it (that is what was insinuated by staff) So for a -+ R2000 repair they sold my Samsung S6 for +-R14000 (that is the worth of the phone ) That's seven times the amount they should've made. And to think, this whole situation is caused by WeFix's failure to reply to my emails in the first place. Sounds like a **** to me! They have more to gain from dodging your emails, repossessing your device and selling it rather THAN fixing your device. The repossession and sale of the phone should've taken place in October, which is very recent I've requested all information and documentation with regard to the repair, repossession and sale of the device. When I requested this information I was told my request will be forwarded to the regional manager. When I requested the regional manager's contact details, I received no response. I then opted to email WeFix Mall Of Africa's store manager with the email address given to me by head office, I received no response. I emailed him twice within 3 days. It's been a few days since I emailed. Still no response. I've just resolved to take this matter to small claims court. As I originally stated, WeFix is NOT to be trusted in any capacity!
