Waiting in vain. Good Customer service my a**

<p>I went to Eastgate we fix and was told I could get my Huawei p9 fixed for free. I was then told to come back two days later which I did and they said they had not received the parts to fix my phone. A few days later I called and was told I should wait for a call. I am sorry but this is bad customer service. I do not recommend we fix for anybody because all I got were stories and waiting in vain. Good customer service my ass</p>
