Very unhappy customer

Hi, I took my device to wefix woodmead last week Monday as the phone was stuck on the apple logo. I then received an sms a couple of days later to come and collect ghee device as it was beyond economical repair. Upon collecting the device on Thursday 29th the phone was completely dead. It was not ecen charging whearas before it was charging. I told this to the technician and he acknowledged this. I then told him I want me phone in the same confition that I left it. Today after work I went to collect my phone and nothing was done, its still not charging and I have been told the technician has gone for the day. This is unacceptable firsly whu tell me to come collect my device if its not fixed and also its been with the store for more than a week I dont understand why I cant get my phone back in the order I left it in.
