VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND *******

Went to the Waterfront store they said they will fix my phone replace the battery and my screen which was cracked and it will take two hours. When I got back after two hours the phone was not fixed the Technician apparently left my phone open and they cannot close it they said they will deliver it the following day. I followed up following day with email no response I called the consultant Muhamed dropped the line while I was still speaking with him still now I have not received my phone I called again no response even via email. They are ******** and ******* Wefix do not ever go there and fix your phone. Such horrible service and *********** stuff.
