Unqualified Technicians & Unprofessional Company

I brought my iPad in for repairs - it restarted every 2 mins, but everything else worked. They fixed the restarting problem (iFix explained it as a burnt out 3G chip which was deactivated). But they broke the touch screen in the process, stating i had to pay for half of the cost of a new screen for R850. I complained and paid, but was grateful to have my device returned and now working. But the sound was no longer working. They explained it required more repairs, a further R700, despite it having worked when i took it in. I refused and rejected this quote. The screen now keeps pushing out from the casing, clearly their technicians have done a bad job. Very disappointed. I submitted feedback online, and their website returned an automated email response with a sad face and a picture of a mug of kittens . Not exactly professional, but then again their unprofessional response aligns with their lack of technical knowledge. Never again.
