unprofessional and very poor workmanship

<p> </p> <p>i sent my iphone 6s plus on the 18 april to have a battery replacement , they replaced my battery </p> <p>first thing i had noticed that there was still a problem , here are the list of problems thag occured :</p> <p>1- the new battery could only charge to 85%</p> <p>2- the phone would lose power while charging </p> <p>3- when charging the phone and the battery was below 30% it would get stuck on 30% for more than hour </p> <p>4- when the battery reached 10% the phone would restart until it was connected to a charger </p> <p>5- when the battery reached 20% and below the would be completely slow as in cannot operate slow </p> <p>*note the phone had none of these problems before </p> <p> </p> <p>after about 1day i contacted wefix and told them about the problem and they said they would replaced my battery when they had stock , i had received no phone call from them and kept phoning them for about 1month and one week </p> <p>eventually i called them and they said they had stock but only 1 battery left but then why didnt i receive a phonecall from them saying i could bring my phone in </p> <p>when i came later the day with my phone they said they had no stock of the battery , they completely took my time and money for a joke the uber to there and back was 310 in total </p> <p> </p> <p>the saturday morning 3rd june my phone just stopped working at all </p> <p> </p> <p>i would like my phone to be working again like it once did because a new iphone 6s plus is expensive </p> <p>so they can either give me a new phone or make my phone work again properly </p>
