unfair terrible service

<p>good morning</p> <p> </p> <p>i regret to come here but im left with no other option i went to we fix (formally known as Ifix ) in Menlyn pretoria and the service was terrible i ended up taking my phone back because the manager was also very rude and went to we Fix in Mall of Africa where its now worse i took my phone fora screen repair in October 2016 and 3 weeks later my screen started lifting i took it back which they said will be covered by my warrenty , i took my phone there on the 29th of December for what they told me will take one hour to refit but uptill today i havent received any communication from them but that the technician is still busy with my phone i dont know what the technician is busy doing ,they have never called me to update me , its frustrating because they wont even give me my phone back . they say they already sent it for repairs but i never requested such.</p>
