Trade in device

I traded my device and accepted their offer a week ago and Tuesday they told me the payment will be processed within 24-72 hours and I still haven't received any payment. Today they told me again the payment will be processed within 24-72 hours, I mean they told me that last week and now today - this is truly unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone trading their device as the process is too long.
