Total Ripoff

I handed my iphone 4 in to be repaired.I was quoted for new battery R399.and for another part which I was told is liquid damaged its the part were the charger is put into the phone .<br> WHAT IS TOTAL RIPOFF IS IM TOLD THERE ARE ADITIONAL COSTS FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE AND TO GET MY PHONE BACK THE SAMEDAY.<br> I refused and now have to wait 2 days for my phone.. What a cheek to rip the public off R200 for a software update that can <br> be done online free of charge. How can you ***** the publics money like this. Im really upset as I now have to wait 2 days for a phone that can be fixed in 2 hours as I was told .Just because im not prepared to pay this fee. Im now stuck without a phone for 2 days which I cant afford as im an estate agent.So through your service im loosing business A REAL RIPOFF .IM FURIOUS
