To busy to print a quote

Been there twice in two days. The first time there was no technician present that can give me a quote to get my phone fixed. I went back again today, and got told that they are very busy and need to leave my phone there for two days to get a quote?? I just need the screen replaced. Is that so much trouble to give me a quote for a new LCD for my Samsung?
