THIRD TIME HAVING TO RETURN TO HAVE PHONE FIXED

I was working on a project in Natal, when the screen cracked on my iPhone. As a loyal iFix customer, I searched for the nearest branch and drove 40min to The Pavillion to have it repaired, as iFix is the only company I trust with my devices. The screen was replaced and I also purchased a new battery. A week later, whilst working in Johannesburg, the screen was faulty and stopped working. Again I went to the Melrose Arch branch who fixed the screen saying it was installed incorrectly the first time. I have now been away traveling for 2months. During that time, the screen stopped working again - a repair shop said that the reason for this is due to a faulty battery that had swollen up causing the screen to lift and and crack. Upon returning to South Africa, I went back to iFix in Stellenbosch to have it fixed and the battery replaced. I have now been told that the battery is out of the 3month warranty and that they need to charge me to have it and the screen (which is broken due to the battery) replaced. Also they dont have stock of the batteries at the moment, so I have to wait another day. This is completely unaccepatble behaviour. I have been a loyal customer but am receiving this bad service and having to fit the bill for their bad work and faulty parts, not to mention the loss in work time, to be without my phone for a second time due to them. Disappointing.

Good Morning Mrs Schiel

I am terribly sorry for the service that you have received from all of our stores, this is not the way we conduct business and I will be looking into all the above mentioned as to what happened here.

Losing a valued customer like yourself is the worst outcome of such negligence and ask that you give us the chance to make it up to you. The Stellenbosch branch would've made contact with you already to resolve.

Have a lovely day Mrs. Schiel
