They broke my phone

I took my phone to Ifix Tygervalley because the sd card reader was damaged. They swiftly fixed it and gave it back to me the next day. Then I found out that the phone is not vibrating anymore. So I took it back. They obviously deny that fixing the sd card reader could've caused the phone not to vibrate anymore but what other logical conclusion is there - I gave the phone to them with no other issues - now it's not working properly anymore. It's been more than 2 weeks now without my phone. It took them a full week to get the phone to the specialist in Cape Town (Tygervally is 20km from Cape Town). It's been a real struggle to get feedback. And now I'm stuck with a phone that has a problem it didn't have before giving it to Ifix. Really bad service.
