Terrible service.
Terrible terrible service. They deliver wrong order intentionally knowing that their process for returns is lengthy. Chanelle is the worst service provider. Awful I've been on the line for 3 hours now with Chanelle

We have arranged for collection and overnight delivery, so you should receive the device tomorrow.
