Terrible service and no communication

Their service is terrible. My phone has been with then for 6 weeks with a cracked screen. They send no communications with updates and when you phone most of the time they don't pick up. The one time I got hold of them eventually they told me that the phone had been repaired (they never let me know) and that they were waiting for payment. Now a week since I have paid and still I can't get hold of them to find out what is happening.
