Terrible Feedback and Staff Member

Dear We Fix, my wife had her iPhone with you in May this year for a screen repair. After the repair the screen functions stopped working and you can touch it as much as you like without response. I attached a video. We took the screen back and you replaced it again as you said your screen was faulty but the problem still persists. I then took the phone back and Tapiwa from your Woodlands branch in Pretoria told me it was unrepairable. I claimed it from the insurance and they asked Tapiwa for a detailed report and he told my insurance that the repair was due to wear and tear after they today rejected the claim. Please explain to me how a new screen can have wear and tear damage and how can he tell my insurance this? His incompetence in your store is unbelievable and going to cost you a lot of clients

Good day Dawie

Please note that the store has been in communication with your wife who requested that we state that we damaged your/her device which is not the case.

When the device was booked in with us on December 11th it had a cracked screen - physical impact. The damage report stating this dated January 16th is our final report on this job explaining everything and we hope that you insurance understands this as it is rather straightforward.

We apologize for all miscommunciation to date.

Kind regards
