Technician never available

<p>On 2 different occasions we visited WeFix at Clearwater Mall to have an iPhone screen replaced. </p> <p>On first day we were told the technician will only be in at 10:00. We returned at 10:25 only to be told he technician MAY be in after 11:00 and the repair will take 3 hours. We could not stay so we left. </p> <p>We returned 2 days later to the exact same excuses, no technician available and he'll be in later. </p> <p>This is unacceptable as the store is mainly a repair company. How can the REPAIR TECHNICIAN never be at the store to do repairs! </p> <p>I have previously had a screen replaced at a different store and it took 20 minutes ! </p>
