Should be renamed to WeCantFix

I sent my phone to WeFix to get a cracked screen replaced... It took them 3 weeks to get the screen replaced with not one call to give a progress report.

Upon recieving my phone it was clear that the touch wasn't working (did they test it?!)

so I sent it back..

this cycle repeated itself at least 4 times! 7 weeks later, still not one phone call from anyone at WeFix and the screen touch issues still has not been resolved, they are now blaming the hardware of the phone and want to refund me.

I would like to warm everyone out there, stay away from WeFix!!!

Good day

I have gone through your job history and can see that on July 14th you were informed of possible main pcb damage to your device and were offered a refund back then or for us to try on another touchpad since your company had already paid for the repair. You advised that you would like us to replace the touchpad for a 3rd time and not opt for the refund at that stage and we honored this.

Genevieve, the regional manager, did speak with you yesterday afternoon advising you of all findings as well as how the refund would be processed.

A device with a main board issue would be intermittent hence three touchpads worked on your unit on and off. It would not be in your best interests to go on in this fashion hence we have refunded you.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication from the store - this is unacceptable and not in accordance with weFix service delivery processes. I am also sorry that we could not successfully repair your device and trust that you will afford us another opportunity to assist you in the future if need be.

Best regards,

Giselle Nareen

Hi Giselle

Thank you for the inquiry

7 weeks and mulltiple returns only then to determine that there is a mainboard fault? rediculous!

All the best!

Nicolai
