Screen Stopped Working After Charging Port Repair
Hi,<br> I booked my phone into IFix in Melrose and had my charging port repaired as it had stopped working. This was fixed and collected on the 6th of April. It is now the 18th of April and my phone is showing lines on the screen and I can't even touch it to unlock my phone. I don't know why this is happening you can't fix my phone and something else becomes faulty. I demand a refund or my phone to be fixed in Express time. I've done business with you but now I'm starting to have my doubts. The screen I have is actually from iFix as they repaired my screen before and I don't know why this is happening.

Could you please provide us with a contact number so that we may arrange for the repair of your device. iFix does provide all clients with a lifetime warranty on all repairs and if the fault is because of a faulty part we will gladly replace it for you.
