SCREEN REPAIRS DILEMMA, DAMAGED SCREEN

On the 23rd of December 2015, I went booked in my IPhone 6 for repairs for a damaged screen Centurion Mall. <br> One of the young ladies took my phone completed a job card of this particular phone and was told the phone would be ready an hour. I then left the shop, later on that day came to collect the phone. Indeed I was very happy that my phone was in perfect condition, as new. Was explained to by the guys at store the terms of the warranty on the repairs. Towards the year of December about the 30th or 31st came back to the shop, showed the one that the very screen is \lifting\" no longer attached to the phone like it was after repairs. Didn't booked it that because I had to leave Johannesburg and only returned in the new year, When I got to the store, to book in the phone and the Technician on site to me that my phone has bent at back hence the screen is lifting. But I asked the gentlemen what causes the screen to bent and the response was rather pecu****, I might have bent the phone whilst in my pocket. We I've had the same phone for the past 12 months with a crack on the screen with no Bent or Screen lifting. But this lift on the screen only happened after having repaired it. "
