******** is the name of their game.

I have an iphone 6s and the screen cracked. I wetn to WeFix in Tygervalley to replace the screen and it costed R2999,99. At first everything seemed fine when I got the phone back and as WeFix said that they use OEM screens I felt assured. Shortly after, though the screen cracked in my pocket. I did not fall on the phone and the phone did not fall out of my pocket, thus I was dumbfounded about how a supposedly OEM ion-strengthened Gorilla Glass screen could crack this easily. I mean the screen was without a scratch when I put it in my pocket and then when I took it out it was cracked or rather shaterred. What's more, it hade a R200 screen protector from WeFix on it that should have protected it even more. Ion-strengthened Gorilla Glass does not just break so the only logical conclusion is that WeFix are ******** praying on people who desperately need a new high quality screen. The screen then started breaking further without falling or anything. Large sections of the glass started falling off and the Touch Screen Digitizer (and thus the touch screen) stopped working completely. Thus I was left with a perfectly good iPhone 6s that was basically a glorified digital watch as the only thing I could do with it is tell the time on the lockscreen. I took the phone back to the WeFix in Tygervalley and talked to the staff. The woman at the desk took the phone and told us that the glass can't break that easily. I told her that, that was exactly my point and why they should fix it, because Ion Strengthened Gorilla Glass does not break that easily or in that way and thus it is not OEM Ion Strengthened Gorilla Glass. She kept saying that they only use OEM glass (which is complete bull sh*t as the glass they used on my screen is most certainly not OEM). They tried to blame it on the screen protector, but after I showed them the receipt proving that they put the screen protector on, they kept quiet about that and just started to repeat that they use OEM screens and that we would have to py for a new screen if we wanted one. I got nowhere and told them that I definitely do not want to pay for a new ripoff screen from them. I will certainly inform everyone in the futere who needs to repair a phone to avoid WeFix at all costs and hopefully WeFix goes bankrupt (or atleast the one in Tygervalley so that my area is not plagued woth their ****s anymore).
