Sales Gimmick

Wefix had a special for dji mavic flymore bundle + dji goggles for R13999 , I called the outlets in all the major cities of which I could only reach 30% of them .

Some have told me no stock and some said I need to pay the full amount for them to order (I'm not sure which one is correct ?) , After half a day of calling around - the ad was taken off.

The advert clearly stated "pre-order" and no mention of while stocks last . Is this false advertising or a sales gimmick ?
