Rude and dismissive
I had been told that iFix was a great place to take my phone in for repairs. I went in to the iFix store in Menlyn earlier this week to enquire about repairing my 6 Plus LCD. The ladies, one in particular who's name I did not get, at the front desk were very rude and dismissive once I said that I would be back to book my device in later this week. She curtly told me to, \Have a nice day"and then looked straight through me as though I was not there. <br> There were no other unattended customers in the store and I had to then ask another lady for a card so I could call ahead to book in my device. I have since taken my device to another supplier for repairs."""
