Rip-off, non-service.

I feel like I've paid a huge amount of money for not much more than disappointment in your service.<br> In December 2015 I paid R2400 to have my cracked iPhone screen fixed. The customer service was average at best, telling me to pick up my phone when it wasn't ready, making me wait, going back and forth from work, having to drive through town and find parking everytime etc. <br> Unfortunately my issues didn't stop there, when I finally received my 'fixed' phone, less than a month later I noticed that the screen was lifting at the top left almost as though it wasn't sealed properly. So I went back to iFix towards the of Jan 2016. I told them how disappointed I was and they just stared at me and told me they will quickly 'reseal' it while I waited. No apologies nothing. Yet another trip to the iFix store...<br> <br> Within a day of it being 'resealed' I started noticing that my screen is not being receptive at ALL on the bottom left! I can hardly type! I am sure you can imagine how incredibly frustrating this is. How can this possibly be a genuine Apple part??? <br> I was charged for the quote, which I accepted then paid the full amount for the service as well as the quote! <br>
