Repair? Rude, Destroy specialists

Unprofessional and *********** personnel. I passed the Istore as I usually support underdogs. Big mistake. The receptionist was rude from the get go. Barely greeting. The first sign of what was to come. Why am I not more superstitious???

When I checked in my phone for repair, I was told the technician was not even on the premises. My phone had a minor software glitch. Which Was discussed with the receptionist who immediately decided that the only solution is a restore to factory settings. I was told to come back in two hours. After two hours returning to find out what had been diagnosed I just told that the technician advises a restore. Only to be handed my phone back with a DESTROYED phone cover. They tore my phone cover without even offering an apology. Not even mentioning replacing the damaged property. Since the Fairy god mother took out her magical frustration on my defenceless phone cover and met with a shameless wall of denial and **** poor service my faith in Wefix wen to Webreak.

Needles to say what took them 2 hours of wasting my time, to diagnose and tear a R700 phone cover beyond salvage, took the Istore 20min to repair with stunning friendly personnel.

If you are reading this, think carefully before considering Wefix (Better known as Webreak). I wish I can say this is my first negative run in with them. I believe in second chances but hey will not get a third.
