Repair not successful

My Iphone 6 plus black was repaired 25 Aug 2018 at WeFix Clearwater Mall. Screen replacement. When i did the screen replacement i added an edge screen protector to the value of R349. The phone worked for a few days and i went on Holiday. Whilst on holiday the phone started to freeze and the screen didn't promp/worked as i selected buttons. It would freeze not allowing me to select options for minutes on end. I then returned the phone on 15 Sep to the wefix store where they told me that it might be the screen protector and they will take the phone in and when i came to collect i was told the screen was replaced again and they couldnt replace my screen protector, which i find to be unfair, as it wasnt my fault they installed a faulty screen. Now since yesterday 19/08 the phone is starting the same issues again, where it freezes up and this time i have no screen protector. I tried calling the store twice this morning and there is just no answer. Not sure if they are keen to do business, I am very upset with the service. Jon number CLPH126293
