Received a total broken down phone

My phone had sustain some water damage (bottom half of phone was drowned in water. Turned the phone off for a day. Went to weFix, turned it on - it still worked except the home button did not work. Few days later they said they cleaned up the phone but the home button does not work. They said they will try replacing the home button. 2 weeks later phone cannot startup at all. I went to fetch it and tried charging and the phone is blank and cannot event connect to the computer.
