R899 voucher non refundable... ******* !!

Bought a voucher on special to repair my iphone screen in December 2019. The voucher did not cover my particular screen as it was a plus model, Requested a return for the R899 paid for the voucher was told that they don't do refunds. This is a total ripoff this is the first company that a came accross that don't do refunds. Phoned there office more than once , emailed them they simply dont respond to any emails or even the contact section provided for on there web page. I have been a customer for a number of years but i'll simply take my business elsewhere i wont be ****** like this again.

I have called your office 13 December 2019 at 09:06. I spoke to a lady (who's name i was not able to get ) informing her that i would like a refund foe r the voucher purchased as it did not cover the iphone 8 plus.

She informed me that a refund was no longer available and that i would be able to get a credit for the amount to have my phone fixed. She told me that she would email the Canal Walk Store where i would get the phone fixed to allow for the credit.

My daughter been to the store on Saturday 21/12/2019 at 20:00 the evening and the lady at the reception desk Cassidy made very little effort to try and resolve and was very unhelpful with a very unpleasant demeanor. This was my 3rd time returning to the store and unable to get my phone fixed. I am now left highly upset at the poor customer service and the time wasted in this respect.

I have called your office again this afternoon at 13.28. 23/12/2019, and i spoke to Nazeera who informed me that the receptionist Laeeqa (spelling might be wrong) was not on today and i possibly spoke to her who was suppose to inform the Canal Walk store of the credit that needed to be app****, and she was unable to assist as the dept at the office who also handles refunds is closed. She took down my details/phone number.

I am now left to fix my phone having spend R899 on a voucher already.

I would like to log a complaint and insist on a refund when the dept opens in the new year failing which i would seel remedy elsewhere.
