Good job overall eventhough queues can be 35min long. No collection counter either. Back in long queue again...

Thank you so much for bringing positive and meaningful feedback to our attention. This helps us to make our process better.
We humbly apologize for the long queuing time. Covid regulations, unfortunately, put significant strain on the book-in and collection times.
We have experimented with calling customers who are collecting out from the queue and have found other customers to get upset with this. However, we will be implementing a staff member with a tablet who will capture customer details while they're in the queue so that we can try to speed up the book-in process by doing data capture in the queue.
