Privacy victimised

On the 22 of april i went there to do phne screen quotation since mine was stretched, so was told to wait for 45 minutes,i went there to collect my phone and quotation find out my phone screen its damage more i can't even do anything with it cant see anything i end up living the phone there, then i noticed my whatsup profile picture is changed and its someone else who's there and they are reading my whatsup message and they dont respond then some family members call me and ask me why i dont respond but i read the message they were SHOCKED to find out if i dont have a phone so now my cell phone number is banned on WhatsApp i believe they werr using my number for the wrong things i feel my private was victimised by staff and specialist of the shop this store is at Century city or Canal Walker.
