Poor Service and low respect for clients

i had a problem with my new Iphone 6s, but wanted a reliable technical phone repair centre to fix it within couple of hours. I then went to Ifix to fix the phone. The phone was under warranty but couldnt wait for 7 days for MTN to fix it or give me a new one. I then authorised I fix to continue to open the phone and void it as per my authorisation. Little did i know that they will come back to me and indicate that the phone is not repairable. This message was then sent through sms with no further explanation. I then went to I Fix to collect the phone based on the sms, and when i arrived at IFIX Store, i was gobsmacked with the kind of service first from the customer service ladies at the reception, firstly she did not have a clue as to why the phone could not be fixed, she kept on engaging with the technitian over the telephone giving me feedback that is not satisfactory for a trusted company that is suppose to fix my cellphone. my other problem is that if I/WeFix is fixing apple products and they announce themselvels like that, how come are they in business when at some moments they know that they are not capable of fixing cellphone problems for apple products. They are then misleading the public to think that they are cabable of fixing technical cellphone problems. I would have understood if the phone fell in the water because water damage is unique and at most instances water damage is not repairable. My phone had a software problem and they couldnt fix the problem and the only thing they do is to send a cold message on SMS saying "collect your phone its irreparable". I feel I/WeFix way of doing business does not subscribe to customer satisfaction, misleading the public as the best technitian for Iphone products as well. I bealive that they should be straigt upfront in explaining that they are not capable in fixing sometimes even the "not so difficult problems. Again the company must really minimise its false appearance on apple products ie using the word iFix as if they are apple accredited. feeling very mislead at this point in time and very disapointed about poor service or actualy i should say pathethic service provided. Will never go to this brand again ever, and i would spread the word on iFix or We Fix. I also understand that they have an insurance that the use for apple products, but if they are not capable or dealing with technical problems, why are they even providing such an insurance. In their broucher they even have an Iphone reflected but they cant even fix technical issues with apple products. Whats the point of such an insurance then? Very dissapointed in this brand.
