Poor quality products

I bought 2 cables(one for I phone and other for power bank),both cables were damaged at the tip within a period of a month,without any physical force app****,took them to Eastgate,and I was told its negligence from my side,mind you this is not the 1st low quality product I have bought from them,This will be my last time I ever set a foot in their store.
