Poor poor poor - so dissapointed

I have struggled for three weeks to get feedback on my phone repair. They have replaced the screen for which I paid R2599 with a faulty screen, they replaced it again and it broke again. Now they have been working on the phone for three weeks and I am not getting feedback from them and they have my phone. I have even contacted head office with no success.
