Poor customer service

I took my 3 week old huawei p9 in for repairs on 26/08/2016 and i am still waiting on my phone. They have given such unproffesional and pathetic customer service to me and provided me with false information every time i call the store for feedback. After a month of waiting on feedback i called the store and spoke to the technician who advised me that he has no idea of when they will receive stock but he will keep me posted. I provided him with an alternative number which they keep on calling when i stated they must call after 7pm. I then decided to call them , to advise them that i will not wait any longer as its been a monh and 1 week and i will be taking this further because how can a repair centre order stock and every Tuesday when they receive the stock, there are no parts for my phone. Well after that evening i received an email the next day stating my phone has been repaired and ready for collection. After waiting for so long (it should have been in repairs for 2 weeks as they advised me), i went to collect my phone only to realise when i got home that my mic is not working. I took it back to them the following day and they advised me that they will book it in again and i will receive my phone back within 3 days. Its been another 2 weeks. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Alyson, who told me that she will correspond via email with me with any feedback as she advised me that the problem is with Huawei itself. According to her Huawei does not want to sign of the parts when it arrives in South Africa. She also stated that she will personally go to the new Huawei store to find out what the hiccup really is. I havent heard from her ever since. I called the store and they have no professonalism when giving feedback to their customers. I am a customer service advisor myself and they cant even provide me with the progress of my phone. I have lost all my interest in this contract, phone whic h was still under warranty and the poor service i am receiving. Why bothrer to call after them when they are doing a job for me and should always follow up. They give out false information and give me hope that it will be fixed soon. Why cant they just advise me what the real problem is. They also gave me a number for the Huawei centre, when i wanted to raise my complaint with them, after i already sent them a long email of their poor service. And up until this day i still had no feedback. I have been struggling to get through to that number as it rings to no answer. Ive called the Huawei's contact centre and spoke an agent called Ruwanda, who gave me the head offices number in Johannesburg, Well guess what, no one answers, i called 7 times today. I am so dispappointed in Ifix/Wefix and Huawei, this is my first experience with a Huawei phone and Ifix store. I always thought they are high rated company and the store look so well managed but now i cant refer anyone to them. I also regret switching to this brand as i never had any issues with MTN, I have been with them for 12 years and now they just tell me its between Huawei and Ifix/Wefix. I am fedup of Ifix and their empty promises and false hope. They are not paying my contract at all, and they are clearly not doing a well enough job to make sure the parts are delivered on time. I mean to pay R700 every month without using my p9? Its just unacceptable!! I am disgusted in my service provider aswell because Ive been such a loyal customer and now that i am having these troubles they cant assist me. Why are they selling a phone which has no parts availabe in South Africa?? At the end of the day its all just a money making scheme. I cant wait to end this contract.
