Phone screen broke in a car accident

<p>I fixed my IPhone7 in August 2016 , they replaced the screen and everything went well, and i was happy to the R2700 for the screen.</p> <p>My current situation now is that i was involved in a car accident , someone crashed in to me, so unfortunately my Iphone got damaged in the process, This morning i went to the IFix in Menlyn Mall, and i explained my story and they threw all that on my face from the ladies that works by the front desk she had attitude after i explaned that this phone didn’t just fall, i was crashed in to and that’s how the screen broke she gave me the phone back and asked me "So what do you want us to do" 1st of all you DO NOT address a customer like that, this young ladies must receive training for customer service. I could see how this girls in the IFIX Menlyn treat customers, I saw right infront of me this morning the other gentleman receiving such a ****py service.</p> <p>Then there is the "Manager" Janine Manning, This young lady indirectly showed me that it’s not her problem that i was involved in a car accident and i need my Iphone fixed. I will not pay another R2700 in a space of a month to IFix. I was told this is a lifetime warrantee. she didn’t even offer a half price. THIS I WILL TAKE FURTHER IF MY PHONE IS NOT FIXED.</p>
