Phone Repair

Beware of weFix repair service! I took my phone for a repair at weFix fourways crossing on the 13 January 2018, had the most disgusting service from a lady named Tebogo, a guy called Alphas Ngoma. Yesterday Sumsung send the letter of warranty to Alphas which says this letter servers to confirm that the new Samsung model SM G 935FZDAXFA, IME ********** ********** 2 device is backed by full 2 year warranty for the 11 march 2017. Till today my phone has not yet been repaired. I have been calling weFix every day and Aphas told me that he is waiting for letter from Samsung and when he receives it he will fix my phone letter warranty letter was send by my phone is not yet fixed. Today (09 February) I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eric Motaung he promised to give me a call which he never did but rather send me an email to say unfortunately the repair will not be done
