Phone came back dead from a screen quotation
<p>I took my phone to wefix cavendish square in CT for assessment and quote in a working condition however the battery was flat so the phone was off. </p> <p>whn I got it back it was dead(no longer working).</p> <p>when I gave the lady the phone I told her the phone is off bcoz the battery is low and she wrote on the document DOA, when I took the phone back and told them yha my phone is not working after they have done the assessment they told me it's i signed that the phone was DOE. </p> <p>A week bfore I took my phone to Apple doctor for a screen quote and I was given a quote and my phone back in a working condition . </p> <p>I also want to make people aware that the wefix shops are not authorized service providers by Apple. The minute you take your phone to wefix and let them work on it your loose your apple warranty and Apple will no longer be able to assist you under the warranty if you have a problem.</p> <p>I would also like to caution people to charge their phone before they leave them anywhere and also not accept phone that is off from the repairer even if they say it's the battery they must charge it i front of them </p>

The front lady who booked my phone in also did not write that i needed a quotation she said damage report only. She also decided to write DOE when I specifically told her the phone is off and now they are holding on to the fact that i signed for it. why did she write incorrect information ! Because the lady wrote DOE and damage report only the technician decided to take out the mother board to support what's is written on the job card. they did not even do the quotation that I asked for
