Pathetic workmanship at iFix Gateway

About 3 and a half months back, I had the screen of my iPhone 5 replaced at iFix Gateway, Durban. All was well and fantastic until a few days later, a crack appeared and was not as a result of impact. I contacted iFix and explained the issue, but the receptionist was persistent in demanding that it had to have been a result of my negligence. The screen is cracked on the side, with not a scratch on the actual bezel, observation alone will tell that it was not an exterior crack. <br> <br> Before the screen itself cracked, there was a small yellow spot on the upper right of the screen. Seeing that this was a brand new screen with such a default, one can deduce that the screen was fitted on rather poorly. Shortly after, the screen itself got detached from the upper left of the housing. <br> <br> I'm not sure whether iFix has a quality assurer or just chucks phones over to repairmen to repair with no supervision whatsoever, but I was greatly displeased with both the service and workmanship that I experienced at iFix
