Pathetic useless no service

I went to Wefix fourways at fourways crossing to repair my phone.when i dropped my phone off they advised there is a waiting period of 4 weeks maximum.Today its already 4 weeks and when calling all that hey say every time is that they are waiting for parts....its been 4 weeks that they had my phone and nothing has been done...pathetic Useless service from these people and do they keep aying that they will call me back
