Pathetic service Wefix ******

I took in my cell phone for a battery replacement only, Your technician called me and advised that he replaced the battery and everything is working fine, he can replace the screen and Clean the phone for a further 799...i refused his offer told him there's nothing wrong with my screen and the phone is working perfect. He confirmed everything is working I can collect the phone. The weekend I fetched the phone the receptionist told me that the battery is flat and I can charge it when I get home. On getting home the phone did not charge or anything and I took it back same day.

An hour later the rude receptionist called to tell me the phone is blown and cannot be repaired.

This is unacceptable, as I know the phone was working and the technician advised of the same. Please get my phone working and call me once it's done to collect.

A week prior to that they did the Same with my daughter and 2000 later her phone is still not working ...they replaced the screen battery and charging pin... Really this is not acceptable. I am bring my daughters phone back as well ... We will not accept this lying down . Two phones and how coincidental the exact Same thing happens...

I will loose money but go to court I will... It's time we fix get reported.

The receptionist needs some educating on respect as well.
