Pathetic and rude staff!

I visited Eastgate in this week and I got done in clicks before my mum who was in checkers so I waited outside the weFix store until she came out. A man approached me and began asking me questions like why am I waiting alone, who am I waiting for, Will they be long etc, so the closest place to me was weFix so I walked into the store to get him off my back. He kept pacing up and down waiting till I get back out of the store. An employee at the store asked if I needed help and i explained my situation to her. She says to me "I suggest you go to center management with regard to this, its towards your left down the walkway, they will be able to help you better, we cannot do anything." In a time like this where I am nervous and scared out of my mind I am asked to walk right out of that shop knowing a guy was following me and approach center management which is so far away is so ridiculous. Instead she could've asked me to wait in the store until my mum arrives. Its so unacceptable that people know the situation of this country and all these stories about gender based violence etc yet No-one is willing to help, instead I am being sent to center management knowing there is a guy waiting outside the shop for me! Unhelpful and uncaring staff!
