Ordered a screen

Hi ordered a screen for my iphone SE for Wefix stellenboschthem to install

They said they would phone me when it arrives. That never happened.

I phoned them again, and they couldn't find my order, so they placed the order again. The girl told me "But I did not place the order", not that it mattered who placed it in the first place.

I waited for a week, and nothing. I phoned again and they said the suppliers were slow.

I asked them to PLEASE phone me when any SE screen arrives, I will drive there immediately.

I am currently still waiting for a screen. No one called. I just want to see what I am typing on my phone, I am not asking for a lot.
