ORDER OF STOCK

I went to IFix in Clearwater mall on the 4th of October 2015 to have my Samsung 6 edge fixed ( the back cover cracked) I spoke to Felicity she told me that they don't have stock but she can order it for me and it will take 8 working days.Today the 12 of October 2015 it is 8 working days. I phoned her this morning now it can take a MONTH even more!!!! Seriously, can anybody inform me about this??
