Non-Existant service from iFix Repair Specialists t/a wefix Agents for Samsung SA

<p>I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge in Rose gold. Received it July 2016. The screen cracked during an accident and as the phone is still in warranty I am entitled to ONE free screen repair. I travelled from Carletonville to Roodepoort Cradlestone Mall. (a round trip of approx. 150 km's). The Samsung store was no longer there for starters and I was referred to Clearwater Mall ie. weFix as the Samsung repair agents (another 150 km round trip). I subsequently visited weFix on 21st Dec and was assisted by Noni. She opened Job Card CR 24426 and she advised me that Samsung " might" replace the phone as they don't have / don't stock parts for rosegold phones which I find hard to believe. She undertook to contact me as soon as the parts were " available "....that would have been during the course of last week. I am still waiting for that call. I e-mailed weFix yesterday and the response was ...." I will call you now"!!! I am still waiting.........!! The service is disgusting to say the least!! In fact there is NO service at all!!!! Imagine if I handed in my phone on the 21st Dec 2016 for repair....I would have been without a phone for more than a month!!!! I am also going to report this matter to Samsung SA.</p>
