No response or help!!
I bought an IPhone 7 Plus and the microphone is not working. I am within my 30 days guarantee and want a refund. I’m extremely angry because I have sent 2 emails with no response. I chatted to someone on Instagram Messenger and was asked for the order number and then no response and it’s now 2 days later. I bought this IPhone because I recently lost my hearing in both ears in a car accident and have to now wear hearing aids for h to r rest of my life. An IPhone is the best device that connects to hearing aids!
Someone return my messages!!!!!!!!
