No payment yet made for phone trade in - caution.

Attempting to sell my phone to them via Cape Town branch - process for offer and collection was fairly smooth, however have not received payment in over a month, despite followup and promise of payment within 48h. Would advise caution for non-immediate exchanges and expect unpredictable service.
