No feedback or updates

I have made payment more than a week ago for my phone to be collected for repairs and haven't heard anything from anyone since. i emailed and emailed without any response and trying to get a contact number for them is useless. If this is the service i am getting and the phone hasnt even been collected yet i am really scared to even think what the service would be like once they have collected the phone.
