No feedback and refuse to assist me
<p>Sent my phone in on guarentee with cell c at Clearwater mall, got my phone back and they give me no details of what was wrong or what they did, now my speaker also doesnt work but it did when i sent it in.</p> <p>I asked for documents to see what was wrong and they refuse to give me anything unless i pay extra for it. Been waiting 4days for feedback and they never get back to me</p>
