NO FEEDBACK

<p>I have booked my cellphone in for repairs last year in December 2015. I received a quotation for the repairs on my cell phone and I did not accept the quote as it was to expensive. I then contacted Ifix in Clearwater to find out where my cell phone is and they said that it was Repod and send to the Woodmead branch. I then spoke to the manager of the store in Clearwater and he said that he will request the cellphone to be bought back to the store and he will be in contact with me once the phone has been returned. Inever received a call from anyone. i then contacted Clearwater Ifix again and the lady I spoke to was Tumi she said that she will check with Cape Town because my phone was send to them. I also didnt receive any feedback from her. I then decided to contact Woodmead and there I spoke to Faith she said that she needs to check with Cape Town as well and that her General Manager will get back to me. I still didnt receive any feedback. I phoned them again and they are still busy looking for my phone. This is such bad service. No communication from anyone. I need my phone repaired for FREE as I have been following up with these people from January 2016</p>
